Who we most often produce for

Machine and equipment manufacturers

Components and assemblies from your drawings — on time and in repeatable quality, without tying up your own machine park with batch production.

Manufacturing plants looking for a subcontractor

Long-term CNC cooperation: a second source of turned and milled parts, predictable lead times and volume price breaks.

Design offices and integrators

Prototypes, tooling and short runs for your projects — with manufacturability feedback from our own design department before production starts.

All production under one roof

Machining programs, tools and fixtures stay archived with us — follow-up batches start without setup costs and match the first delivery dimensionally. Designers, technologists and the CNC park work in one plant, so even an unusual part quickly gets a workable process.

  • CNC turning — up to Ø 630 mm, single pieces and batches
  • CNC milling — 3- and 5-axis machining
  • Grinding — precision parts with tight tolerances
  • Batch production — trial batch, inspection reports, recurring orders
  • Material sourcing — steel, stainless, aluminium and plastics, with certificates

From drawing to serial deliveries

  1. Enquiry with a drawing

Send a drawing or STEP model with quantities and material. A sketch or a sample part is enough for an initial assessment.

  2. Quote within 48 hours

You receive the price and lead time — for batches with price breaks for different lot sizes.

  3. Trial batch and approval

Before the series we can make a trial batch with an inspection report. Production starts once you approve it.

  4. Batch production and deliveries

Production follows your delivery schedule — with repeatable quality thanks to archived programs and fixtures.

A partner, not just a supplier

Frequently asked questions about serial CNC machining

From what batch size does outsourcing pay off?

There is no fixed threshold — we quote batches of a few dozen pieces as well as recurring orders for thousands of parts a year. State your expected quantities in the enquiry and the offer will include price breaks that show exactly where the unit cost drops significantly.

How do you ensure dimensional repeatability between batches?

Machining programs, tools and fixtures are archived and assigned to the part, and a series can start with a trial batch and an inspection report. Every following delivery therefore matches the first one dimensionally.

What materials do you machine?

Structural and heat-treatable steels, stainless steel, aluminium and engineering plastics. We source material with certificates or work on material you supply.

What do you need for a quote?

Ideally a production drawing or a STEP model with quantities and material. If you only have a sample part, our design department will recreate the documentation.

Do you sign NDAs and framework agreements?

Yes — confidentiality of documentation is standard, and for long-term cooperation we work under framework agreements with an agreed delivery schedule and price breaks.
